Water-repellent finish (DWR – Durable Water Repellent): optional but recommended to prevent water absorption and keep the cap lightweight and breathable even when wet.

UV protection: UPF 50+ blocking over 98% of harmful UV rays for maximum sun safety during long exposure sessions.

Ventilation / breathability: side panels or mesh eyelets designed to promote airflow, reduce heat buildup, and speed up drying.
